Sensorium has a long stand history of multi-tier after sales support. Our services encompass EEG/ERP chamber site design down to electrode to buffer amplifier interfacing. The installation of our recording systems is straight forward. In general, on site technical support staff can handle the details of installation required to realize optimal performance. Without local support, on site installation and consultation is available at an extra charge.

One year warranty covers repair of failed systems. During this period phone and email level consultation is included in the purchase of a system. Sensorium maintains an inventory of spare parts to minimize down time and staffs appropriate technical support. In most instances at factory repairs are performed within twenty-four hours.

Software

DBPA Software requires installation of the following for communication for the amplifier and Eprime.

1.) LabVIEW_8.0.1_Runtime_Engine.exe (Standard)

2.) Visa410runtime.exe (serial communication)

3.) PowerDNASoftware_3.2.7.12.exe

Install the following:

a.) PowerDNA Software Suite (typical option)
b.) UEIDAQ Framework (typical option)
